Introduction

In 1910 the Terra Nova expedition left England for Antarctica after months of fundraising, research and preparation. Arguably the best equipment and people with the latest technologies and ideas about polar exploration were on their way to the biggest adventure of their lives.

The IceTrek team leaves for Antarctica with a similar sense of high adventure having completed their meticulous planning.
