Eric Philips is Icetrek's founder and manager. He has hard-earned expeditionary experience in the Arctic and Antarctica, having skied to both the North and South Poles numerous times as well as completing major expeditions to Greenland, Spitsbergen, Iceland, Ellesmere Island and the South Patagonian Icecap. Eric is a founding member of the International Polar Guides Association.

Eric is the inventor of Flexi Ski Bindings. Fast becoming the standard for the most demanding of polar expeditions, Flexi Ski Bindings have taken skiers to the ends of the Earth and across the world's icy wastes.
